Bol Nowadays, large industrial companies are confronted with a variety of disruptions and risks during the conduct of their activities and in their systems for developing new projects: lack of information, resources and skills, partnership failure, monopolization effect, industrial espionage, and so on. This is the subject of our thesis. Firstly, we propose to draw up an inventory of risk management applied within Moroccan companies, with a view to assessing the risk management culture at both operational and organizational levels, as well as at the level of different types of company and sectors of activity. We then proposed a new approach to modeling project risk management, by introducing process vulnerability assessment into the project management system. The H.I.K (Human, Information, Knowledge) model developed is based on three major factors identified in a project management system: the Human being, the Capitalization of know-how and the Capitalization of information.
