This study deals with the planning of a socio-environmental project within a technical school on the outskirts of the city of São Paulo. Because it is located in a region where the population has little purchasing power, many students need to contribute to the family income, and enrolment in a technical course can make this possible. However, graduates leave school without professional experience, which makes it difficult for them to immediately enter the job market. This project would enable students enrolled in technical courses in the environment to work in the local community, bringing it closer to the school and consequently improving publicity, as well as providing students with internship opportunities.
