Prospects for hydrocarbon potential in the Jurassic deposits of Takhtakair Ridge: Search and exploration oil gas fields

In the world oil and gas industry is an important part of economic and industrial activity of the states, the rapid development of which requires the use of hydrocarbon raw materials processing products. The stable operation of oil and gas processing complexes requires a sufficient volume of raw material base, the increase of gas, oil and condensate reserves of which will be carried out through the discovery of new fields and deposits. In this connection, one of the priority tasks of oil and gas geology is the application and improvement of methods of studying complexly constructed terrigenous geological sections and the allocation of potentially promising reservoirs in them, which is of theoretical and practical importance. In this regard, one of the priority tasks of oil and gas geological direction is to study the peculiarities of geological structure of promising zones with the help of innovative developments for prospecting for new hydrocarbon deposits of theoretical and practical importance. Scientific research is being conducted worldwide to study lithological, facies, structural criteria of oil and gas bearing capacity of Jurassic sediments to search for oil and gas deposits, which are associated with different types of traps.
