Bol Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects 2 to 3% of the world's population. It is characterized by erythematous, scaly plaques. It is one of countless inflammatory diseases involving T lymphocytes. According to Prof. Wayne, psoriasis-which extends far beyond the skin-should be considered a chronic systemic disease. Clinically, psoriasis manifests as pruritic erythematous plaques covered with scales. These plaques are often symmetrical. The diagnosis is generally made clinically. The severity of the disease is quantified using the PASI score ("Psoriasis Activity and Severity Index"), which assesses the extent of lesions, the intensity of erythema, the thickness of scales, and the induration of the plaques. The objectives of this study are: 1. To establish the epidemiological and clinical profile of elderly Tunisian patients with psoriasis. 2. To investigate correlations between psoriasis and comorbidities (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome) and addictive behaviors (smoking and alcoholism).
