The book is devoted to the psychological and practical aspects of psychodiagnostics of personality traits and harmonization in adolescence and is intended for practicing psychologists. The first section provides a theoretical analysis of the category of "character" in foreign and domestic psychological science. Character is a psychological prerequisite and result of spiritual and personal development in adolescence. The second section is devoted to the consideration of characterological disharmonies of the personality. The third section presents a model of personality structure and a number of experimental psychodiagnostic methods for studying the characteristics and degree of harmony of character. The fourth section is devoted to the presentation of a special course, "Harmonization of Personality in Adolescence." The special course combines such forms of psychological work as lectures, discussions, psychotraining, and role-playing games and is aimed at harmonizing the character of modern high school and college students by forming moral attitudes, positive thinking, and acquiring skills of moral behavior.
