Ruthlessness or pitilessness is a great sin and a great crime that causes separation in relationships and ends relationships. It fosters distance by creating animosity and enmity. By removing affection and love, the distance from the mercy of Allah and the entry into Paradise is hindered. Heartlessness is one of the issues that have spread in Muslim society.
