This book analyzes the importance of quality in municipal sports management and its impact on citizen satisfaction. Based on a study conducted at the Centro Deportivo Norte (CDN) of the municipality of Chihuahua, it evaluates administrative processes, service quality, user and worker satisfaction, as well as the level of organizational maturity of the sports institution, addressing the role of sports as a tool for social development, health and well-being, highlighting the responsibility of municipal governments in offering efficient and citizen-centered sports services.
