Quality Management demystified

Quality management is a progressive approach that should be democratized, given the solutions it brings to all aspects of human life. However, most people don't grasp it because of its often scholarly presentation. And yet, it can be grasped by everyone and put to useful use.Using the cooking process to which we are all accustomed, this book shows how quality management can become part of everyday life, and how it can be used by everyone.
