Like many of you, the only time I ever heard the 23rd Psalm was at a funeral or memorial service. Psalm 23 was forever tied to death, until the Lord began to reveal a new perspective on King David's words. Piece by piece, year upon year, I felt the Lord giving me new words and fresh revelation of what the twenty-third Psalm really meant. The words came to life on the well-worn pages of my Bible and in the ripening of my heart.I believe that Lord is inviting you on a journey with me to a place, down by a still river, at a banquet set just for you, a place for a little R & R.
