This book is a book of inspirational real-life poetry, to make you laugh, cry and to make you happy. It is intended to bring some excitement, laughter and of great pleasure to the reader, and hearers, these poems will touch the hearts of all races, and help the reader to find, understand, and evaluate their own personal lives from various experiences. It is a combination of poems that is individually different. However, creative, and imaginative, to share personal experiences, entertain, explore ideas, and comment of the world around us. Some may rhyme, other metaphors, similes. These poems will challenge your thoughts, and may cause you to think about your everyday life experiences, and to those you've known so well. It may tell a story, or describe a scene, express a feeling, and express a thought you may be able to reflect on. Born in Calvert County, MD, to the late Allen E. Smith and Eva Q. Smith, Bishop William E. Smith had a passion for writing and music. He recognized his gift at a very early age. He would spend long hours writing song lyrics and poems of various types on scrap paper; His song lyrics are copyrighted at the Library of Congress, Washington, DC. He published his first book, entitled Inspired Poetry Writings, 2004. He is a member of the International Society of Poets. He enrolled in the Moody Bible Institute. His academic accomplishments include a Master of Biblical Studies, a Graduate of Arts in Biblical Studies, a Doctor of Biblical Counseling from the North Carolina College of Theology, and a Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian University Theological Seminary, Jacksonville, FL. He has been listed in the Marquis Who's Who Biographical record in America for 2022-2023.
