Bol Currently, as we mentioned earlier, in the DRC as in other countries around the world, vaccination is not only a public health process but also a hot topic that has captured everyone's attention. The vaccination schedule includes a number of vaccines, but the recommended timing for these shots is not being followed. However, each vaccine on the schedule serves a very specific purpose and is designed for prevention, both at the individual and collective levels. This study has two objectives: - To identify the reasons why some parents refuse to use vaccination services in the community setting; - To propose solutions and strategies to restore the confidence of parents of children aged 0 to 5 in vaccination within the Tshopo health zone. This is a descriptive qualitative cross-sectional study made possible through the phenomenological method. Semi-structured interviews were used to facilitate data collection. A quota sample was selected to gather the opinions of the groups (key stakeholders) involved in the vaccination process within the study setting.
