Bol This study empirically explores the relationship between regional dynamics and human capital development in Morocco, using an ARDL econometric model applied to regional data covering the period from 2015 to 2023. By highlighting the significant regional disparities in education, health, and professional skills, the analysis shows that factors such as regional GDP per capita, access to infrastructure (education, health, digital), and public investment significantly influence human capital indicators. The results reveal strong cointegration between these variables, indicating a lasting structural interdependence between regional development and human capital. Stability and stationarity tests confirm the methodological validity of the model and reinforce the reliability of the estimates produced. This research thus underscores the need for targeted public policies based on a territorial approach to reduce interregional inequalities and strengthen human capacities in support of inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development, while contributing to the theoretical debate on the interaction between human capital and territorial embeddedness in developing countries.
