The growing need for this corporate form for the proper functioning of national legal systems has made it the subject of doctrinal and jurisprudential debate for years.The research presents as objective, the identification, from a theoretical, doctrinal and normative systematization, the limits in the registry effects of the extinction of the Sole Proprietorship in Cuba, hinders the patrimonial protection in the process of dissolution, liquidation and extinction.The theoretical result is revealed in the research, in systematizing the historical, theoretical and normative foundations on the patrimonial protection in the extinction of the Sole Proprietorship in Cuba, and practical contribution, in the identification of concurrent limits to the protection of the extinction of the Sole Proprietorship in Cuba and its effects.
