This book intends to reclaim a coherent anthropology of Freedom, Happiness, and Knowledge which is simultaneously rooted in Thomistic philosophy and yet is not an attempt at historicism, or simply turning backwards in time. The premise this book articulates as essential to productive discussion is this: there is an objective truth, and that Truth is personal in nature. It is not simply true that we, persons encounter truth as subjective individuals with senses, opinions, and backgrounds; it is also true that the truth is a Person who beckons us come, recognize Him in the created nature encountered around us.
