Return to the Ranch

Samantha returns to her grandfather's ranch after losing both her parents in an airplane crash. The young writer decides to go to the only home she knows. Growing up on the ranch was one of the many fond memories that she has left now. The meeting with her grandfather's foreman started out rough. She resents him from the start.He is all her grandfather talks about. He doesn't have time to go get her.He has work on the ranch that needs to be done. She resents him trying to tell her what to do. As her feelings for him begin to grow, her life becomes more confused. Knowing that she was falling in love with him meets with a tragic accident. She knew that she loved him. But now sitting in the hospital by his side as he lays in a coma. Maybe to never awaken so that she can tell him of her love. How can she now lose another loved one. Kurt lay between life and death, wishing he would have had more time. He had waited all his life for a woman like Samantha, only now to have it taken away. Through tragedy of losing a loved one also comes tears, laughter, memories, and a chance to start over with love.
