Roster of Giants presents A SHATTER OF RINGS HOSTILE SHORES ONLINE >Hours after a Tale has finished, a note arrives from a room that has not yet been built. The Hall is still warm from applause when the strings answer somebody who has not touched them. Beyond the note is a woman who returns without becoming stronger, carrying a book she will not write in. Beside her walks a hooded Sickle whose first instinct is always right about where the weakness lies, and not always right about what should be done with it. A King enters an enemy house wearing every name they gave him. A General keeps frightened people safe until keeping them becomes another kind of danger. A tall red-haired figure measures the world with the patience of a man who believes accuracy has already asked permission. The roads answer from mirrors, old bodies, wrong years and places no map admits. One road gives no answer at all, and those who came to save it must leave it standing. Somewhere beyond the argument, a Giant watches through a mirror that may belong to the world, the future, or his own mind. No one here will tell you which. The sound returns with mud upon it. Nobody agrees where it has been.
