The chart is compiled by the distribution company "Tophit.ru", which distributes new songs, and is used by more than 400 stations of Russia, CIS members and Baltic states. "Tophit.ru" also compiles Moscow Airplay Chart, Kiev Airplay Chart, St. Petersburg Airplay Chart and some special charts. Moscow Airplay Chart is the official Russian record chart, taking into account singles rotation on 25 Moscow stations.
