Same Suh: Affirmations for Teens is an interactive mental wellness book created by a Jamaican Mental Health Therapist to help teens navigate the emotional challenges of growing up. Part affirmation book, part self-reflection tool, and part creative outlet, it offers young people a safe space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.Written from a Jamaican perspective while addressing universal adolescent experiences, each section focuses on a real-life struggle such as peer pressure, low self-esteem, self-doubt, or feeling misunderstood and pairs it with a powerful affirmation and a symbolic therapeutic colouring page.
