'The Favourability Principle as a General Limit of Statutory Employment Protection Law and its Application to Neutral, Ambivalent and Variably Favourable Contractual Clauses': The study develops a coherent doctrine of the favourability principle in individual employment law. It demonstrates that the principle operates as a meta-norm governing the applicability of statutory minimum employment standards. The analysis focuses on neutral, ambivalent and variably favourable contractual clauses. Ambivalent and time-dependent deviations are shown to fall below the statutory minimum standard and to be invalid.
