'The Personalisation of Law in the Society of Singularities. The Transformation of Legal Norms and Legal Subjects through New Information Technologies and Social Imperatives in Postmodernity': This dissertation examines the concept of personalised law as an expression of a fundamental shift in the normative structure of law within postmodern societies. At its core lies a move from general and abstract norms towards individually tailored rules enabled by big data and artificial intelligence. The study focuses in particular on the emergence of the digital legal subject and on personalised incompatibility norms designed to protect individual rationality in online markets.
