Bol Economic globalization and the advent of new technologies are considered to be at the root of massive transformations in the labor market that have significant effects on workers' ability to adapt to their careers. Furthermore, some workers are at risk of precarious employment given the obstacles posed by the instability and constant flux of the labor market. This research focuses on describing and understanding changes in self-efficacy (SE) among employed individuals participating in a skills assessment process. The aim is to describe and understand the four sources of information regarding SE-active mastery experiences, vicarious experiences, verbal persuasion, and emotional and physiological states-through the tasks completed during the skills assessment. Completing these tasks is believed to foster SEL, particularly through awareness of past and present active experiences of mastery and through the development of skills resulting from the implementation of a career plan. SEL thus evolves based on the tasks completed during the skills assessment process.
