Sharing Time! Celebrating Our Differences With Friends

It's Sharing Time in the classroom, and every child has brought something special to show their friends. From a dinosaur with Down Syndrome and a monkey with microtia to a wizard who uses a wheelchair and a ballerina who dances in braces, each imaginative toy proudly shares what makes them unique. As the children listen to one another's stories, they discover an important truth: our differences are not something to hide-they are something to celebrate. Just like every key on a piano helps create beautiful music, every person brings their own gifts, strengths, and perspective to the world.Filled with playful rhymes, vibrant imagination, and meaningful representation, Sharing Time! Celebrating Our Differences with Friends invites children to embrace themselves, appreciate others, and recognize that our unique qualities make our communities stronger, kinder, and more beautiful.
