Within reproductive biology, semen production and quality, as well as the factors influencing it, are of essential importance, especially in the case of the use of artificial insemination. In addition to meat, milk, and wool, the usability of the skin is of fundamental importance, and together they determine the economics of production. The treatment and prevention of factors that influence skin quality (parasites, bacteria, viruses, nutrient deficiencies, etc.) are fundamental for economic utilization.
