Shifting Perspective: Becoming a Systems Thinker

There is much talk of taking a 'system change' approach to solving complex problems. This is called Systems Thinking. But what does this really mean? How do you shift your perspective to become a Systems Thinker.Drawing on my own experience, my book takes you through the steps to becoming a Systems Thinker.
