Bol Wind energy is now a key part of global energy sustainability because it produces low carbon emissions and can be scaled up. Modern wind turbines are bigger and can adapt to different wind conditions. As turbines get larger to catch more wind, making them structurally efficient becomes a big challenge. This study looks at Simulation to optimize the design of wind turbine parts. It is focusing on towers, hybrid lattice towers, jacket structures, transition connections, and support parts. The method starts with compliance-based optimization and then adds goals related to stress, mass, design, and manufacturing. These goals are balanced with limits on mass, stress, fatigue, and manufacturing to find a good balance between performance and practicality. Finite element methods with ANSYS is used to model how structures behave under strong wind, combined axial-bending loads, and other conditions within design limits. The sensitivity of different parameters was checked, and the best solutions were ranked using design of experiments methods.
