This book is for all those who have ever asked, "What is real?" For any who have had deep and troubling questions emerge in their spiritual life. For those who often wonder what faith, belief, or spirituality even mean. These free-verse poems started as a personal record of reflections intended for nothing more than providing insight into Frisbie’s own spiritual development and progress. As time and readership progressed, they became much more. These provoked and provoking thoughts demanded to be collected and shared. James D. Frisbie has always been a writer, beginning to journal as a college student during a year in West Africa. He has written sermons, news articles, and even radio spots, but nothing seems to bring his thoughts into the light as well as the "exercise in brevity" that poetry provides.
