Small Thoughts: My Self-Reflection is a poetry collection born from my personal journey and the self-reflections inspired by the writings of the legendary Tupac Shakur. His book, The Rose That Grew from Concrete, opened a path for me-its words offering reflections that changed my life. What you will find in these pages are my own lived truths, expressed through intimate reflections and living poetry.As I read his work, I saw myself in every line. In the struggle. In the reality of surviving a difficult life-one shaped by poverty, homelessness, and loneliness. Through this book, I share my experiences so others may know they are not alone. I hope my words inspire readers to tell their own stories, to write, to create, and to become poets in their own right.My target audience is men and women of color-people who, like me, may carry heavy lives and may not always have the time or space to read.
