Some people are born knowing exactly what they want to do. I grew up collecting dreams like souvenirs. Being a princess? Nice, but why when you can be a queen? Being an Olympic champion? I was in athletics for seven years, but I guess I was too short and too pretty for it anyway. Maybe one day I will marry an Olympic champion instead. Being a teacher? I guess that's why I am studying Pedagogy at university, even though I am still a kid. Being a writer? Looks like I made it, since you're reading this!Some people have a five-year plan. Been there, done that. Now I prefer plot twists. And this is a big one. Writing has always been my way of navigating chaos - transforming thoughts into stories, experiences into poetry, and dreams into reality. This book? Something that I call:R-E-V-E-N-G-E Born in the Czech Republic in 2002, Eli¿ka Hozáková, who is now about to graduate from Charles University in Prague with a degree in Pedagogy, began writing poetry in both Czech and English in high school as a way of expressing her inner world. A lover of sport, travel and art, she says of herself, 'I have the heart of an athlete and the soul of an artist'.
