Social, Professional, and Economic Integration: of Youth in the Municipality Marcory within Context Local Development

The social, professional, and economic integration of youth is a cornerstone of development and a tool for reducing social inequalities and poverty. Unfortunately, the lack of effective measures in this area in the municipality of Marcory plunges many young people into a situation of precariousness and poverty that is difficult to bear. To this end, we decided to conduct a study on this phenomenon, using local development criteria as our guiding framework. Our study focused on evaluating the Marcory municipality's efforts regarding the socio-professional and economic integration of youth from the perspective of local development. The main findings of our study show that officials in the municipality of Marcory responsible for youth integration are unaware of the principles of local development. Furthermore, there are no integration programs or funding mechanisms in place to support young people in the municipality of Marcory. However, while we have identified several factors contributing to this phenomenon, we have also suggested some potential solutions.
