This book is the result of a master's degree research project that investigates the social representations of psychology professionals working in Social Assistance Reference Centres (CRAS) regarding the users of this service, which is part of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS). The study sought both to deeply understand the constructed and shared conceptions about users and to problematise different ways of practising psychology based on these representations.
