SPIRIT LIFE: Walking in the Fullness of Christ’s Life a Carnal Age

SPIRIT LIFE Walking in the Fullness of Christ's Life in a Carnal Age THERE IS A LIFE THAT RELIGION CANNOT PRODUCE. There is a depth that doctrine cannot reach. There is a reality in the Gospel of Jesus Christ that the Church of this age has, by and large, not yet entered - and the evidence is everywhere. We carry Bibles but live like the world. We preach the name of Jesus but bear none of His nature. We have the form of godliness, but we have denied its power. Spirit Life: Walking in the Fullness of Christ's Life in a Carnal Age is a prophetic call to return to the original design of God for every blood-washed believer. It is not a book about spiritual disciplines. It is a book about spiritual life - the same life that Jesus Christ demonstrated in a human body, and that He has commissioned every Spirit-filled believer to carry. Through eleven chapters that follow the life of Jesus from His birth to His ascension - and then turn to the lived testimony of the author - this book opens the Scripture to reveal the Spirit Life principles embedded in every episode of Christ's ministry. You will discover: - Why Spirit Life is not mystical but practical - the life of daily obedience, yieldedness, and faith - How the three enemies of Spirit Life - the Flesh, the World, and the Devil - operate, and how Jesus defeated all three with one weapon: the Word of God - The three doorways through which Spirit Life opens: obedience in leaving, yieldedness in denying, and faith that contradicts the evidence - A personal testimony of Spirit Life discovered in a season of career difficulty and disappointment - and what it produced in overcoming circumstances, temptations, manipulations, traps, and battles >The declarations of Scripture - that we are overcomers, more than conquerors, that we can do all things through Christ - find their true expression in Spirit Life. This is not a book about what you should do. It is a book about who you are called to be. Spirit Life is not for another dispensation. It is not for a special class of Christians. It is the birthright of everyone who has been born of water and of the Spirit. Now is the hour. Now is the time. "The Spirit giveth life." - John 6:63 (KJV) All scriptures are taken from the King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Bible.
