" My health literacy is considered very good due to my work in the healthcare field, my commitment to knowledge and continuous learning. Also, my love for reading has helped me significantly, as it is my primary hobby that I engage in almost daily since childhood. I was also fortunate to participate in the initial meetings of the National Campaign for Early Detection of Breast Cancer several years ago. Additionally, I participated in some events of this great national campaign. Despite all this, it never crossed my mind that I would be affected by breast cancer. Yes, I was diligent about performing self-breast exams every month, and after reaching the age of forty, I tried to ensure compliance with mammogram screenings every two years. However, I believe I did so as part of adhering to a health-conscious lifestyle. I also strive to always adhere to a balanced, healthy diet and try to avoid fast food and sugary drinks. I admit that I fall short in exercising regularly, but I love walking very much and engage in it whenever I can. Now that I have introduced myself, I must introduce to you the enemy against whom I fought my battle., and whom Allah aided me to overcome by His grace and mercy.
