'Government Surveillance - German-French Comparative Law Analysis': The protection of fundamental rights in the context of government surveillance continues to be a subject of controversy, most recently also at the supranational level. This thesis uses "wirklichkeitsnahe Rechtsvergleichung" to examine selected powers and their application in Germany and France.
