Beschrijving Het Washi Pad uit de A New Beginning-collectie bevat 10 dubbelzijdig bedrukte vellen van 30,5 x 30,5 cm op dun washi-papier, gebaseerd op de illustraties van César Chavarría. Washi-papier heeft een zachte, licht transparante textuur die het ideaal maakt voor decoupagetechnieken, als laag in art journaling en voor het beplakken van objecten zoals dozen, kaarsen en frames. De dunne, vezelrijke vellen hechten goed met decoupagelijm of gewone lijm en geven een subtiel, gelaagd effect dat moeilijk te bereiken is met gewoon papier.
