Summons of THE EIGHTH DIVINITY

In the 21st century, the human race profited from successes in computing, genomics, and nanotechnology. It should have been a time of wonder, but civilization faltered under existential threats: nuclear proliferation, catastrophic climate change, and sweeping pandemics. But there had been a plan--a program devised by ancient visitors whose motivations were as mysterious as the secret devices they left behind. Manifesting over the eighty years since Earth's first nuclear tests, these machines attracted the attention of the Ghyans, an advanced species from a distant sister world.A character-driven science fiction series, THE EIGHTH DIVINITY explores the journey of the seven people called Vesiks who must discover themselves and their destiny within the greater universe. From America's southwest to the barren cold of Siberia, they brave international intrigue, corporate conspiracy, crippling disease, and interstellar invasion. Among them are a nurse, a fracker, an engineer, a ufologist, an evangelical, a physician, and a physicist. The eighth and final Vesik must cross universes to assemble and empower the others. To that end, he must follow in the footsteps of one known as THE EIGHTH DIVINITY.
