Support for people with disabilities

In the Plurinational State of Bolivia, we have a varied topography and climate, we have different altitudinal levels such as plains, valleys and altiplano, also our society is diverse, where people with disabilities are a very important group. Precisely this group of people with disabilities is one of the most vulnerable because of the situation in which they find themselves due to the paradigms, stigmas and negative attitudes that still exist in our society; thus, there is still discrimination, mistreatment and violation or infringement of their fundamental rights, therefore we still have to work a lot on the social inclusion of people with disabilities. In the field of employment, the situation is even more worrying as few people can access a job in a public or private company due to various factors such as the lack of adequate training to assume a job responsibility, the undervaluation of companies towards people with disabilities, which has repercussions on their situation of poverty and dependence.
