Surgico Anatomical Study of the Marmas Upper Extremity

Most injuries of upper extremity need much to care because they frequently lead to the disabilities in the performance of professional and personal activities and this disability can make a person jobless. Marmas of upper extremity are analysed scientifically and discussed emphatically to reveal the anatomical structures at that level. Symptomatology and complications, due to injuries of the Marmas are co-related, with the injuries to the various structures present in the upper extremity and surgical approaches to them, as said in the modern medicine. Since injuries on wrist joint always are serious affair for the patient as well as surgeon, therefore anatomical and surgical study will be needful exercise for the subject of Rachana Shareera. The symptoms presented as Kunthita (functional deformity of hand) are discussed under the injuries of the structures related to Manibandha Marma.
