In terms of success Paul had reached what every young man would dream of - prestige and position with lion-sized passion to match. But these were the things Paul would brush aside like street litter if hanging on to them would in any way obstruct his experience of knowing Jesus Christ. Through life's challenges, pushbacks, distractions, and lures of immediate gratification, knowing Jesus Christ is of unmatched worth. The privileges are out of this world! Rich was born and raised in Colombia, South America, as the son of missionaries. He has served as lead pastor of Grace Bible Church in Winston-Salem, NC since 2003. With earned graduate degrees Rich's main function is providing vision and biblical exposition for the church. His teaching is featured on a daily podcast called "Delight in Grace". He is also the author of the book 7 Words That Can Change Your Life. Rich and his wife, Andrea, have six grown children and thirteen grandchildren.
