System Product Service

The book is the result of a monograph presented to complete a specialisation course in Service Management at Vanzolini, in partnership with the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (POLI-USP). The text presents and answers some questions related to increasing organisational competitiveness through the use of the Product Service System (PSS), including a bibliographical review of the subjects of interest (Globalisation, Innovation, Products, Services, Product Service System) and an analysis of the literature answering the questions raised in the study.
