Born on April 10, 1953, in the city of Chimbote, Peru. He studied law and economics. He worked in executive positions for various Peruvian government institutions and private companies until 1989, when he emigrated to the United States of America and became involved in the construction business sector, achieving notable success in real estate until the economic crisis of 2010, which affected him significantly. Paradoxically, the period of inactivity that followed allowed him to dedicate time to his passion for writing.In 2011, he created the journalistic blog latinoamericanousa.com, and through its pages began publishing his first articles, which later became the chapters of El Maligno. In 2013, he decided to publish his work, seeking to reach his readers, who by then already numbered in the thousands.
