Hiko Niiyama and Mukzuo Nakazukio continued to grow up in their rigid and militarized city of Kurohama, Japan. Once, little boys and now teenagers.They meet in their school, Power High. Both have different ideologies and backgrounds. Hiko is from a spy family. Mukzuo, the heir to a dying clan. After they get injured in a fight between them, they are put onto different paths once again.Hiko and his family, being spies, are on a new mission: Exposing Kurohama's true financial income.
