TALL TALES FROM THE STORYTELLER

“Tall Tales from the Storyteller, Margaret Rose Williams-Caldwell” is a book of stories that can inspire and be enjoyed by children and adults, alike. These four exciting stories offer adventure from a forest animal’s viewpoint and shed light on how we often mistreat others without knowing their story. Although these stories are fictional, they give us insight into how animals may feel in certain situations they may encounter from day to day, and what happens when we mistreat each other. One thing I love about this book, is it is based on family. Each story tells a story about families in crisis, sticking together no matter what. Also, the stories tell of how sometimes people can be mean and hurtful. This book reminds us how we should never look down on anybody, and how we all just want to belong, have a friend, and be loved. This book tells us never to give up on what we believe and to reach for the sky; and if we are willing to work hard, we can reach our goals. It also reminds us that we must trust one another, and that we all deserve a chance. These stories all have great morals. The book focuses on perseverance, dedication to love, trust, and family.
