Continuing the series 'Beneath the Moonlight, Tan the adventurous sea turtle, joins the Great Sea Race, in an attempt to be the fastest sea turtle in the ocean. Along the way, he meets a small starfish named Aiden and learns the meaning of friendship and that winning isn't everything!
