Targeted Radionuclide Therapies (TRTs) are a well-established and rapidly evolving therapeutic approach, clearly positioned within the therapeutic algorithms of several diseases. Their effective application requires a combination of scientific expertise, technical skills, and multidisciplinary collaboration. This book aspires to shed light on the current status and emerging trends in TRTs. It is the result of a Mentor-Mentee collaboration established through the EANM Mentorship Programme, involving contributors from Greece and Lithuania. In addition to topics traditionally covered in similar handbooks, the inclusion and analysis of further subjects were deemed a valuable asset for contemporary Nuclear Medicine professionals. These topics include Health Technology Assessment (HTA) principles, patients with rare conditions associated with high radiosensitivity, adjuvant therapies, the protection of patients' personal data, cybersecurity issues, and relevant applications of Artificial Intelligence.
