The aim of this research was to analyze, based on the scientific literature, the challenges and paths of teacher training in digital skills aimed at technological inclusion in Brazilian public schools. The study was conducted as a bibliographical investigation with a qualitative approach, based on an integrative literature review. The data sources included academic databases such as SciELO, Google Scholar and CAPES' Portal Periódicos, prioritizing publications between 2020 and 2024. The selected works were organized into thematic matrices of a descriptive nature, which made it possible to categorize the results into four axes: digital teaching skills, professional training challenges, public digital training policies and innovative pedagogical strategies.
