This work examines how the "A Gift to the Child" approach affects students' perceptions of different religions. The aim is also to develop practical guidelines for implementing the approach in the classroom.The study is based on three consecutive teaching units conducted and observed by a colleague. In the final unit, students created mind maps to visualize their findings and potential changes in attitude. Additionally, four participants were interviewed.The evaluation of the observations, interviews, and mind maps shows a pronounced religious interest among the students. Furthermore, various new insights and perspectives can be observed among the participants.
