The ABCF system is a fun and easy way to simplify the process, especially in the constantly growing and confusing fitness industry.Let Dan take you through his simple system that expands in an exciting new way to look at movement in all of its variations and the level changes that expand on this idea further. In addition, we will look at a simple example, using the tools of geometry, to build a system with just about any tools and situations available.
