The Adventure Club: Book 2 Mr Sloth & Courage Stone

Mr Sloth & Friends: The Adventure Club - Book 2: Mr Sloth & the Courage Stone "Courage comes from the heart. Not from how tall you are." The Adventure Club is back - and this time, they're sailing straight into a storm. Armed with a brass key, an ancient map, and a very small yellow boat called The Brave Banana, Mr Sloth and his nine best friends set sail for the towering, snow-capped peak of Thunderpeak Mountain. Somewhere at the summit is the second slab of the legendary Courage Stone. But getting there won't be easy. They must brave a mysterious shadow lurking beneath the ocean. They must climb a freezing mountain in a howling blizzard. They must cross the Rickety Bridge - a crumbling, plank-missing nightmare over a bottomless pit. And deep inside the glowing Whispering Caves, they discover something terrifying: they are not alone. Silas the Komodo dragon has been tracking Captain Barnaby's clues for years. He is bigger, faster, and very, very grumpy. And he wants the Courage Stone for himself. Can Mr Sloth and his friends stand their ground - together - against the most intimidating opponent they have ever faced? Join Mr Sloth, Turtle, Pip the Parrot, Milo the Monkey, Ellie the Elephant, Tayo the Tiger Cub, Hattie the Hippo, Freddie the Frog, and Stretch the Giraffe on the most thrilling adventure yet - full of laughter, bravery, and one very dramatic boat race to the finish.
