The Adventures of Sissy and Tooty: Waiting for Santa

Saguaro cacti characters Sissy and Tooty are waiting for Santa to arrive and bring them presents. Tooty, being a mischievous little boy, seeks reassurance from his older sister, Sissy, hoping that he is on Santa's nice list. Wondering if Tooty is on Santa's nice list or naughty list, Sissy recounts Tooty's mishaps over the year. Surely Tooty is on Santa's nice list... or is he?Saguaro cacti are native to the Sonoran Desert, growing very tall with many arms that point upward as if they are reaching for the sky. Saguaro cacti can live up to 200 years, weigh up to 6 tons, and begin to produce flowers and arms approximately after age 35. Being a protected species in Arizona, it is illegal to harm a Saguaro cactus and requires a permit to move one.
