Theycome alive, but only to a privileged few, when a magical phrase is spoken. That magical phrase is'Wake Up Walter'. They are kind, compassionate and caring and have a strong sense of adventureand refuse to give up in the face of difficulty.Through each story, the loveable characters are introduced, the scenes around a typical Englishfarm set, and the reader drawn into a wonderful world of adventure - with each story based on clearand concise storytelling, featuring events on the farm that at first appear to be insurmountable, butthen finish with a feel good 'all is well ending'.
